KRIFIX DEMOLD W

KRIFIX Demold W is specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of conventional mould oil. The chemicals react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, thereby enabling easy striping from concrete and ac ng as a protec on to steel and wooden formwork.

Scope to Use

To provide quick, clean and easy stripping of moulds, and formwork & ensure high quality fair-faced and stain free concrete

Method of Application

Preparation on of new moulds : For used moulds, all traces of cement must be removed together with any surface deposit of previous oils.
Coating : KRIFIX Demold W can be applied by brush, sponge or conven onal mould oil sprayer. S r the contents of the container thoroughly before use. Apply one coat of KRIFIX Demold W thinly and evenly over the en re surface.
